The core topic is the future of Mercedes-Benz, which is based on sustainability. Ola Källenius will explain what this looks like and what it has to do with universal, human needs at the press conference on September 10 starting at 9:20 a.m., the first public appearance in his role as the new Chairman of the Board of Management of Daimler AG and Head of Mercedes-Benz Cars at one of the major global automotive trade shows.

Show car and new plug-in hybrids
As a show car, a vehicle will celebrate its world premiere that embodies the flexible, customer-oriented and sustainable vision of the EQ technology brand. Also on display for the first time will be new plug-in hybrid derivatives from Mercedes-Benz and the all-electric large-capacity sedan EQV.
The GLB also celebrates its trade show premiere. Smart is showing the model update of its electric city runabout in the Main metropolis. For its entry into the world of Mercedes-AMG, the brand from Affalterbach is presenting, among other things, a variant of the compact SUV based on the GLB.
