This presents itself as a vision of a potential new addition to the cee'd family and was unveiled at the same time as the new Kia Stonic, which will be presented to the public for the first time in Frankfurt. The Proceed concept car was created by Kia's European design center in Frankfurt.
New type
The concept car presents a body type that is new for Kia. The hatchback comes with a low roofline and a compact footprint. The vehicle shines in a glowing "Lava Red." Several layers of paint - black, chrome silver and red - were applied by hand in succession to create the high-gloss, mirror-like look.
Stonic: Compact crossover
Unveiled for the first time in Frankfurt, the Stonic is an important model for competing in Europe's newest and fastest-growing vehicle segment. The vehicle is available with a choice of gasoline and diesel engines with manual transmission. The steering and suspension, calibrated for Europe, are said to combine driving pleasure with highly responsive handling and driving stability. The new Stonic will be sold in Switzerland from Q3 2017.
Picanto X-Line
Also on the podium is the all-round renewed Picanto X-Line. The crossover-inspired Picanto X-Line makes the smallest Kia even more attractive and combined its best features with a new look. It is equipped with a 1.0-liter T-GDI engine with 100 hp/73 kW with direct gasoline injection and turbocharging. Sales start in Switzerland from around the beginning of 2018.
Sorento
