The study with a medium wheelbase and fixed roof structure transfers the qualities of the popular California to large motorhomes.
Bulli as a role model
The model is the Volkswagen Califonia, based on the most popular motorhome of all time - the Bulli. For decades, it has won over camping enthusiasts with its well thought-out and multivariable interior. Now the new and larger Crafter, with its assistance systems and comfortable ride, offers the opportunity to transfer the qualities of the California to the next larger class.

The interior layout creates space in the California XXL, for example for a comfort bed around two meters long. In addition, a separate living area allows amazing freedom of movement. Here, a bench seat and the front seats, which can be rotated 180 degrees, offer plenty of space. The kitchen with its two-burner hob and refrigerator is typical and practical. A wet cell with shower and toilet provides more comfort.
