The VW T-Roc R's sporty and dynamic performance is ensured by a sports suspension including vehicle lowering in combination with a four-cylinder TSI engine. The two-liter engine produces 300 hp and delivers a maximum torque of 400 Newton meters.
Top speed of 250 km/h
The sprint from zero to 100 km/h is said to be completed in 4.9 seconds. The top speed is specified as an electronically locked 250 km/h. The 4Motion all-wheel drive and the 7-speed DSG transmission are standard.
The R also comes with progressive steering as standard and stands on 18-inch wheels. Optionally, 19-inch alloy wheels in the color Dark Graphite matt are available. For sporty drivers, Volkswagen offers Launch Control and a Race mode. The ESC stability program can be switched off manually.
Diffuser in contrasting color to the vehicle
Externally, Volkswagen has given the T-Roc R an independent look on the radiator grille and painted the bumpers in body color. At the rear, two dual exhaust systems on the left and right indicate the increased power. In addition, a diffuser in a contrasting color to the car and optical air outlets in the upper rear area are characteristic of the model. The R logo adorns the door sills, the radiator grille and both sides of the car. The price has not yet been set.
