Ford has now introduced the new version of a technology that most of us use every day: the vehicle key. This particularly robust key was designed with the complete product life cycle of a Ford vehicle in mind - making it ideal for drivers of commercial vehicles such as tradesmen or couriers. The vehicle key, which is part of the standard equipment of the Ford Transit and Ford Transit Custom commercial vehicle models, was subjected to severe tests. It had to remain under water for 30 minutes and was dropped 50 times onto a concrete floor. The inside of the key has also been carefully thought out. And the integrated rechargeable battery ensures that the key can be charged when needed and always works well.
