When the windshield wiper is activated, the headlight's beam is shortened and widened, making it easier to see pedestrians and cyclists.

As part of the adaptive front headlights (Xenon), the technology is available for the C-MAX, Grand C-MAX, Focus and Kuga models. In addition, the adverse weather light is also available for vehicles with adaptive LED front headlights (Ford Dynamic LED), which include Edge, Galaxy, Mondeo and S-MAX. Adaptive front headlights independently adjust the beam angle and light intensity depending on the driving situation: for example, a longer, straighter beam on the highway or better cornering illumination on country roads. Swiss prices are available on request from the brand's nearest garage.
