To win the annual Chairman's Award as a Ford dealer, the entire team must have shown its full performance. A central factor here is customer satisfaction.
Only dealers whose customers give the overall performance top marks after a vehicle purchase or after using a service are shortlisted for this award.
Consistent implementation of the measures
Four dealers from Switzerland won the prestigious award. In alphabetical order, these are Auto Kämpf AG in Heimberg BE, Garage St. Christophe in Visp VS, M. Bobnar AG in Hägendorf SO and Th. Willy AG in Schlieren ZH.
