Fiat: Swiss focus on electric trucks
SUCCESSFUL E-DUCATO In parallel with electrically powered passenger cars, sales figures for light commercial vehicles with electric drive are also growing strongly. Fiat is successful on the Swiss market with the E-Ducato.

With nearly 100 registrations in a market of 266 units, the Fiat E-Ducato has become the leader in the large electric van segment with a 37 percent market share in its segment just six months after its launch. At the same time, with a market share of seven percent, it is also the only large van among the top 5 electric commercial vehicles.
Suitable battery size to choose as required
The E-Ducato is modularly configurable, available with the two battery sizes 47 and 79 kilowatt hours, and with high electric power as well as four charging modes, three of which are already available from market launch.
Soon the range of electrically powered models at Fiat Professional will be completed by the new E-Scudo. It is scheduled for launch in April and will enable the manufacturer to further develop the entire electric range.
