End customers can contact their dealer via video conference. The tool was already launched in Italy in mid-March and is planned for other European countries in the future.
In Switzerland, the launch will take place on April 14. In order to provide customers with an optimal service, the FCA Group now relies on the digital tool.
Video conference with the customers
The tool allows prospective customers and customers to obtain information conveniently and securely. To do this, they can fill out a questionnaire on the FCA website and receive an invitation to a contactless test drive or an appointment, depending on their preference. Customers receive a link to participate in a video conference via GoogleMeet with the customer advisor.
Evaluation of the current vehicle
Anyone interested in one of the Group's models can talk directly to a customer advisor live and pick up the information they need. If the customer participates in the video conference via their smartphone or tablet, they can also transmit images of their current vehicle via their device's camera if they are interested in a trade-in offer.
