Family Business Award: The prize goes to Lupfig
FINALE Killer Interior AG from Lupfig has won the Family Business Award 2021. The value-oriented company development, the inner drive and the striving for change convinced the jury.
Every year, the Family Business Award honors a Swiss family business with particularly sustainable corporate management. The finalists in 2021 were Hobet AG from Oberkirch (LU), Killer Interior AG from Lupfig (AG) and Zenhäusern Frères SA from Sion (VS).

Application window for Award 2022 open
Interested companies can still apply for the Family Business Award on the online platform until May 13, 2022. Swiss family businesses that stand out for their sustainable entrepreneurial spirit and employ more than 25 people are eligible for the award.
In addition, there must be at least one generation change, the chairmanship of the board of directors or the operational management must be held by a family member, and the majority of the capital must be owned by the family.
Amag created the Family Business Award in honor of its founder and patron Walter Haefner, who was committed to a genuine, lived and sustainable corporate culture.
