The highlights of the final Motor Show of 2019 so far show what visitors can expect.

The PS Festival will take place this year from November 27 to December 5 (November 26: Preview Day). After the last edition had to be cancelled due to the Corona pandemic, the anticipation in the industry and scene is now all the greater.

Ralf Sawatzki, Project Manager Essen Motor Show: "In the discussions with our customers, we notice that the desire for trade fairs and events is greater than it has been for a long time. The exhibitors and visitors are really keen on the Essen Motor Show. No other event conveys the enthusiasm and emotions for the automobile so effectively."

Four tried and tested topics
The show at Messe Essen is divided into four thematic areas which have proven themselves in the past years:

  • Sporty series vehicles (Hall 3)
  • Tuning & Lifestyle (Halls 5, 6, 7)
  • Motorsport (Hall 8)
  • Classic Cars (Halls 1, 2).

In addition, there will be a sales mile with accessories in the Galeria. Exhibitors can still register until the official registration deadline on July 30.

More than 500 exhibitors show a wide range of sports cars, tuning & lifestyle, motorsports and classic cars at Europe's leading event for sporty vehicles. Entertainment is also provided by the motor sports arena and exciting special shows.

Good date for large catchment area
Above all, the visitors contribute to the attractiveness. At the last Essen Motor Show 2019, around 80 percent bought or ordered something. The date of the fair a few weeks before Christmas plays just as much a role as the catchment area.

Apart from Germany, the visitors mainly come to Essen from the Netherlands and Belgium, followed by Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland and France. Quite a few of the visitors take a journey of more than 300 kilometers to inform themselves about new trends and products at the Essen Motor Show.
