More than 600 of them, so-called Cupra Masters, were prepared for their jobs in the virtual "Cupra e-Garage at Cap Formentor" with the help of virtual reality.
On the communication platform, users can create avatars and interact with others via voice and chat functions.

The prospective brand experts from 35 countries were familiarized with the vehicle models, the lifestyle collection and various other brand contents in real time in the virtual auditorium and in live courses. To fully digitize the training, an app was also created, for example, with which all employees can interact with each other.
