Sales launch in Germany
Managing Director Jochen Tüting: "The entry-level variant of the Omoda 5 will start at significantly less than 30,000 euros. This SUV model is 4.40 meters long and is powered by a 150 kW engine."
Tüting expects the company's overall export figures to double as early as this year compared with 2022. In addition, a Chery factory in Europe can also be very well imagined. In Germany, sales will start at the beginning of next year. The European headquarters will then also be based there.
