Four brand dealers from Switzerland won the so-called "Chairman's Award", Ford's award for top performance. The honorees were the dealerships (in alphabetical order): Imholz Autohaus AG, Cham; Garage Bel-Air SA, Yverdon-Les-Bains; Garage Carrosserie Georges Bovet SA, Grolley and Garage Schmitt SA, Clarens.
Not only sale
Outstanding sales performance alone is not enough to win this award. Customer satisfaction is also a key factor. Only dealers whose customers rate the performance with top marks after a vehicle purchase or service are even shortlisted for this trophy.
Four exciting days
David Frey, Director Sales, Ford Motor Company (Switzerland) SA recently traveled with the winners of the Chairman's Award to Athens for four days, where they celebrated their success with the winners from other European countries as well as executives from Ford Motor Company and Ford Europe. Highlights included a gala dinner, rides in the new Ford Fiesta and tests of Ford performance vehicles on a race track.
