With the Gamacare vehicle warranty, customers of AMAG or its partner companies can protect themselves against high repair costs when purchasing a used model or following the factory warranty. The two repair packages on offer are Gamacare Complete and Gamacare Comfort. Both products can be purchased from any Gamacare partner.
Gamacare Complete offers a comprehensive full guarantee
For vehicles that are no more than seven years old from the start of the warranty and have a total mileage of no more than 140,000 kilometers, a comprehensive full warranty can be taken out with the Complete warranty package. The cover includes the complete repair costs and no deductibles or other premiums are charged. The package guarantees cover in Germany as well as for vacation or business trips in Europe. Liquidity in the event of a repair is guaranteed and no financial advance payments are required.
Gamacare Comfort is primarily intended for older vehicles
The Comfort warranty package comes into effect for older vehicles from the seventh year after initial registration. It can be taken out for vehicles that are no more than ten years old and have a total mileage of no more than 200,000 kilometers. This package also includes comprehensive protection, whereby age and wear-related mechanical, electronic and hydraulic components such as the navigation system, catalytic converter, on-board computer, xenon lamps and LEDs are excluded from the repair. Otherwise, all assemblies such as the engine, transmission or brake system are also included in this package.
