Cadillac: Electric, autonomous and luxurious into the future 🎥

The battery modules of the InnerSpace are distributed throughout the vehicle. This allowed the designers to optimize the interior.

The InnerSpace coupe study stages Cadillac's vision of fully autonomous individual mobility of the future. It is a concept vehicle as part of the "Cadillac Halo Concept". This includes driving and flying vehicles that make people mobile in extremely luxurious surroundings.

Travel in a particularly extraordinary way

Bryan Nesbitt, GM executive director global advanced design, said, "The Cadillac Halo Concept vehicles are designed to enable effortless travel by extraordinary means. They demonstrate the possibilities General Motors has for autonomous driving technology in terms of accident- and emissions-free mobility."

Driving alone is not the focus
The InnerSpace concept car offers two passengers an experience that focuses on traveling rather than driving. Biometric inputs accessible via a large panoramic LED display make it possible to select from augmented reality, entertainment and wellness themes while driving.

Thanks to large panoramic glazing, the InnerSpace offers virtually unrestricted visibility. The roof and doors can be opened together for easier entry and exit. In addition, the seats then swivel outward.

Connectivity based on the GM software platform
In addition to the InnerSpace, the Americans are also presenting two other halo concepts: firstly, the PersonalSpace vertical takeoff and landing concept, which elevates its passenger above the congestion of ground traffic; and secondly, the SocialSpace, a spacious, autonomously driving vehicle for up to six people.

In all these vehicles and aircraft, passengers will also be able to enjoy a personalized experience thanks to comprehensive connectivity based on GM's Ultifi software platform. Software updates will be provided "over the air".
