The new man at the helm served as Director Operations, Strategic Markets, Alliances and Distributors, GMIO prior to joining Cadillac's European headquarters. He reports to Andy Dunstan, President and Managing Director Strategic Markets, Alliances & Distributors, GM International Operations.
Fundamental change in the industry
In his new role, Shah will lead the European operations for Cadillac and Chevrolet Performance Cars. He is responsible for sales, marketing, dealer network and customer experience, as well as for driving Europe-wide strategies for premium products and services.

Improve business performance
Since joining General Motors in 2004, Shah has held regional and local sales and marketing roles in India, China, Europe and the U.S., including Chevrolet Global Brand Strategy Manager.
In his current role as Director of Operations GMIO Strategic Markets, his activities spanned GM International's markets with a focus on improving near-term business performance, developing new go-to-market strategies and optimizing regional sales planning and forecasting.
