Kia: e-Niro and ProCeed Shooting Brake
Designed and produced in Europe, the Kia Pro Ceed Shooting Brake, which goes on sale in early 2019, is a five-door alternative to the three-door coupe. It is lower and longer than the Ceed hatchback or Sportswagon. At the center of the dashboard is the "floating" touchscreen infotainment system equipped with a 7-inch display.
The battery-electric new model drives up to 485 kilometers on one battery charge. The 64-kWh battery can be charged to 80 percent in less than an hour at the fast-charging station. The e-Niro will be available in the first European countries from the end of the year. The e-Niro's 7-year manufacturer's warranty also covers the drive battery.
Audi: The Four Rings show the SQ2
The new top model in the Q2 family produces 300 hp and sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds with all-wheel drive and sports suspension. The compact SQ2 is 4.21 meters long, and the luggage compartment holds 355 to 1000 liters depending on the position of the rear seat backrests. Standard equipment includes sports seats, automatic climate control, a multifunction sports steering wheel and an information system with color display.
BMW: 3 Series now with less weight
Despite its increased length of 4.71 meters, the new edition of the Bavarian mid-size sedan has become 55 kilograms lighter. It will be in the showroom from March 2019 with five gasoline and diesel engine variants between 150 and 265 hp. New features in the interior include the control display, instrument cluster and high center console.
DS Automobiles: Strong comback of the DS3
The DS 3 Crossback embodies the second generation of the new DS brand. The compact SUV impresses with technical innovations such as the Matrix LED Vision headlights, electrically retractable door handles and a purely digital cockpit. To match the personalization options on the outside, five "interior worlds" are offered.
Honda: CV-R comes as a hybrid
The new CR-V will be the first Honda SUV in Europe to be available with advanced hybrid drive technology. The Honda Hybrid Performance system uses Intelligent Multi-Mode Drive (i-MMD) technology, which combines an Atkinson cycle gasoline engine with two electric motors - one of which is used as a generator - to deliver a new level of efficiency for the CR-V.
Hyundai: i30 Fastback N with 275 hp
The five-door i30 Fastback N compact sports car produces 275 hp and maximum torque is 378 Nm. The vehicle rolls on 18- or 19-inch alloy wheels. It also comes with a sports suspension with adaptive shock absorbers, Launch Control, differential lock and sports exhaust system.
Mercedes: New B-Class and GLE
The new B-Class from Mercedes looks more dynamic than its predecessor, and the interior with the MBUX multimedia system has also been completely redesigned. The newcomer will be delivered from February 2019. Five engine options are on offer: gasoline and diesel with outputs ranging from 116 to 190 hp. There is also a new 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.
One of the most important innovations of the new GLE from Mercedes is the 48 V-based E-Active Body Control active chassis. For the market launch in early 2019, the GLE gets a new engine range with 48-V mild hybrid gasoline engine (367 hp) or four-cylinder diesel with 245 hp. The interior is even larger and more comfortable, with a third row of seats available as an option.
Peugeot: 508 Break with 8-speed automatic transmission
After the sedan, Peugeot is now showing the estate version of the 508. The 508 SW First Edition is based on the GT equipment line and can be recognized by its radiator grille with glossy black surround and the two-tone 19-inch alloy wheels. With gasoline or diesel engine and outputs of 225 and 180 hp and 8-speed automatic.
Porsche: 911 Speedster as a memory
The near-production 911 Speedster Concept II study, an open two-seater, is to be built 1948 times - in memory of the 356 number 1 of 1948. The six-cylinder naturally aspirated boxer engine produces more than 500 hp. The fenders, front hood and trunk lid are made of carbon fiber composite, and the chassis is taken from the 911 GT3.
Seat: Tarraco with seven seats
Seat's first large SUV, produced in Wolfsburg. Available as a 5- or 7-seater, the Tarraco is powered by gasoline or diesel engines with 150 and 190 hp respectively. Emergency call button, pre-crash assist and roll-over assist are also included in the scope of delivery of the 4.74-meter-long 4×4 SUV.
Skoda: Kodiaq now with RS logo
The first Skoda SUV with RS logo appears with 2-liter biturbo diesel with 500 Nm and 240 hp. 20-inch alloy wheels support the sporty appearance of the seven-seater. The RS SUV features all-wheel drive and adaptive chassis control. Inside, Alcantara, leather and carbon look parts ensure upscale class.
Toyota: Corolla Touring Sports and RAV4
The Corolla as a versatile Touring Sports station wagon was developed in Europe for Europe. A 1.2-liter gasoline engine or two hybrid systems are available - with outputs of 116, 120 and 180 hp. Variable damping (AVS) is now offered, as is a head-up display and a wireless cell phone charging station.
The new edition of the RAV4 comes with a new hybrid drive system. The system now delivers 222 instead of 197 hp - with electric motors and a 2.5-liter four-cylinder gasoline engine. The all-wheel drive system has also been revised, and thanks to new weight distribution and more ground clearance, the new model is now even more capable off-road. Up to 50 km/h, the RAV4 drives semi-automatically in a convoy.
Vinfast: Launch with Lux A2.0 and SA2.0
The young car manufacturer Vinfast from Vietnam is showing for the first time its two models, which were put on the wheels in a very short time thanks to the support of renowned specialists from Europe. The design concept comes from Italdesign and Pininfarina, the platform was developed with the help of Magna Steyr and the 2-liter gasoline turbo engine (176 or 231 hp) comes from the Austrian development company AVL. Technically, the Lux A2.0 sedan and the Lux AS2.0 SUV are very similar. Their series production is scheduled to start in September 2019.
