Auto Mobil Basel: Test the 2024 model year
WHERE TO MEET On Friday, September 1, Auto Mobil Basel opens its doors in the St. Jakobshallen just outside Basel. From 36 brands, the garage owners will present 20 Swiss premieres.
Until September 3, the St.Jakobshalle will once again be the big rendezvous of the regional automotive industry. At the Auto Mobil Basel, the garages of northwestern Switzerland will show all the novelties of this car year. This means that more than 270 new cars from 36 brands will be on display. Among them, there are 20 Swiss premieres - from the all-electric Abarth 500e to the VW ID.3 Facelift to discover. And with the Jeep Avenger, the current car of the year will also be on display.
Accessories around the car
On a tour of the exhibition, visitors can gain an overview of all new forms of mobility and drive technology. From the classic combustion vehicle to hybrid concepts and all-electric models, from the classic purchase model to leasing and car subscriptions. In addition to the presentation of the vehicles in the exhibition halls, the outdoor area of the St.Jakobshallen offers the possibility to drive all models right away. The Expo will be rounded off by various exhibitors of services and accessories related to cars and electromobility.
Admission is free as usual
Auto Mobil Basel begins on Friday, September 1, at 12 noon and is open until Sunday, September 3, at 4 pm. As in the past, admission is free of charge. All info and the overview of the presented vehicles can be found on the website.
