Premiere for Ducati in the offroad segment
Being offroad with two unusual vehicles triggered great enthusiasm among everyone. Ducati enters the offroad segment for the first time with the Desert X.
The vehicle was able to prove its off-road competence at the first driving demonstration. With its powerful Testastretta engine, high ground clearance and long suspension travel, the new model mastered all tracks with ease.
Technically unique and a real asset
With its black, gray and red livery, the Desert X quoted the graphics that also characterize the technology of the Audi RS Q e-tron. The rally prototype with the four rings made its debut at the Dakar Rally in January and impressed with four stage victories. In March, it achieved its first overall victory at the Abu Dhabi Desert Challenge.
Audi factory driver Carlos Sainz, who has already won the Dakar Rally three times: "What Audi has achieved with this concept is technically unique and a real benefit for us drivers."
