ACS: Special driving course for seniors

Seniors over 65 have already experienced a lot in their automotive lives and achieved a lot - but perhaps also forgotten some things. Who wouldn't like an update, but one that should be confidential? The Super-Golden-Age senior driving course meets this requirement and provides answers to many questions. Along the way, course participants also get to know and master their vehicle in critical situations.

The organizer is the ACS Thurgau section. The course date is October 10 at the Road Safety Center in Weinfelden.

Many questions, right answers
What rules apply in the pedestrian zone and at the pedestrian crossing? Is it allowed to drive a car on the bike lane? What is the correct behavior at traffic circles? The senior driving course Super-Golden-Age of the ACS Thurgau provides answers to these and many other questions.

In addition to theory, the program includes driving exercises with your own car. The course consists of four parts. Three parts last a whole day. The driving lesson (4th part) is arranged individually with each participant on the day of the course.

All included
The number of participants per course is limited to twelve. If there are fewer than eight registrations, the organizers reserve the right to cancel a course. The cost is CHF 170 for ACS members and CHF 200 for non-members. Snack, lunch and snack are included.

The reimbursement from the Road Safety Fund and the contribution from "Verkehrssicherheit Thurgau" have already been taken into account. The actual course costs amount to 285 Swiss francs.
