Payload giant: The four-axle truck from Scania easily transports 22,730 kilograms. A CG16 day cab was chosen as the cab.

At the end of November 2015, the company added the first Scania to its fleet. Only on closer inspection do the specialists realize that the new four-axle vehicle is not a normal dump truck. Only the third axle is driven. This is a model with three steered axles.

As the vehicles are often used in the construction of new road pavements, it is not a disadvantage that only one axle is driven. The four-axle vehicle is powered by an in-line six-cylinder engine with 450 hp and a torque of 2350 Nm at 1000 to 1300 rpm. A powerful retarder helps with wear-free deceleration. Since the unladen weight was the focus of the project planning right from the start, attention was paid to every kilogram of additional weight without, however, having to restrict the vehicle's range of application.
