Subaru Switzerland: 63 technicians awarded

Last Wednesday (April 5, 2017), the specialists were celebrated in a dignified setting at the Emil Frey Classic Event Center in Safenwil. A total of 63 diplomas for three different training levels were presented on this day. Six participants received the highest diploma for Subaru Master Technician, eight for Subaru Senior Technician and 49 for Subaru Technician. The winners were all....
Training is appreciated and pays off
Even a representative of the manufacturing plant attended the event and paid tribute to the efforts of the specialists. Training and further education is becoming increasingly important, especially with the advent of state-of-the-art driver assistance systems. Today's so-called "state of the art" is now at such a high level that service and repair work on newer models can only be carried out by specially trained experts. Together with the parent company, Subaru Schweiz AG has been running a further training program for technicians at all levels since 2009. The aim of the "STEP" program is to promote specific specialist knowledge for workshop personnel at all levels.
