Peugeot: This is the 508 for the 2023 model year 🎥
THREE VARIATIONS The Peugeot 508 received a visual and technical model update for the new model year. The mid-range model is available in sedan, station wagon and Peugeot Sport Engineered PHEV body styles.
The model variants of the new Lion feature a characteristic headlight system with three claws at the front integrated into the slim LED matrix headlights. However, the interior of the mid-range Peugeot has also been upgraded. The improved quality is evident in the materials used for the upholstery as well as in the optimized gearshift, which offers a better driving experience and more ergonomics.
Also on board is the current-generation i-Cockpit and Advanced Infotainment System with 10-inch screen, connected navigation, voice recognition, wireless connectivity and over-the-air updates.
Gasoline, diesel and hybrids
The engine range of the 508 and 508 SW models includes two supercharged hybrid versions, the Hybrid 180 with 132 kW (180 hp) and the Hybrid 225 with 165 kW (225 hp). Also on offer are the 1.2 Pure Tech 130 with 131 hp and 1.5 Blue HDi 130 with 131 hp. All engines are equipped with the 8-speed automatic transmission EAT8. The top model of the new 508 edition is the Sport Engineered Plug-in Hybrid with 360 hp and all-wheel drive.
More safety and comfort
The new 508 is based on the long wheelbase of 2.79 meters and an overall length of 4.75 meters with a width of 1.86 meters. The volume of the luggage compartment is 487 to 1537 liters in the sedan and 530 to 1780 liters in the station wagon. A comprehensive range of driver assistance systems and equipment ensures greater safety and comfort when driving, maneuvering and traveling; even the Night Vision night vision system is on board.
