Auto Zürich: First appearance of the Ioniq 6 in Europe 🎥
STROMLINIE In addition to the familiar model range, Hyundai is presenting the next all-electric model based on the E-GM platform, the four-door Ioniq 6, as a European premiere at Auto Zurich (until November 13).
As an exclusive Swiss Launch Edition, the Ioniq 6 equipped with a 77.4 kWh battery for ranges of up to 614 kilometers and rear-wheel or all-wheel drive will be available during the introductory phase from 64,900 (RWD) or 68,900 Swiss francs (AWD). The first vehicles are scheduled to arrive in Switzerland in spring 2023.
Extremely low drag coefficient 0.21
The Ioniq 6 is based on Hyundai Motor Group's Electric Global Modular Platform (E-GMP). Its range is aided by the extremely low drag coefficient cW of 0.21, which is supported by the low-slung front end, active air flaps at the front and reduced gap mass between the wheel and the edge of the fender.
168 kW rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with 239 kW
Drive versions offered are rear-wheel drive with 168 kW (229 hp) and 350 Nm or all-wheel drive with 239 kW (325 hp) and 605 Nm. The Launch Edition is available in two interior and six exterior colors. The only options available are 20-inch wheels and camera exterior mirrors.
