Alfa Romeo: Giulia and Stevio as extremists
SPORTY AFTER CLEAN The Estrema special editions of Alfa Romeo's Giulia and Stelvio models, marketed worldwide for the first time, represent the highest standards of technical equipment, driving dynamics and maximum efficiency.
Giulia and Stelvio are designed to appeal to customers looking for special technical solutions. For example, an active chassis and a self-locking mechanical differential are standard equipment. The extended use of carbon fiber has also reduced the vehicle weight.
Technical and dynamic solutions
Marketed worldwide for the first time, the special models offer standard equipment that places them at the top of their respective model ranges. Giulia Estrema and Stelvio Estrema stand for high standards in technical and dynamic solutions.
Alfa Romeo and Sauber are thus continuing a cooperation based on the exchange of know-how in the search for efficiency and sustainability. The Estrema models are visually based on the top Quadrifoglio models.
Lots of carbon and Alcantara in the interior
The housings of the exterior mirrors and the V in the radiator grille are made of carbon fiber material, and the alloy wheels - 19 inches on the Giulia, 21 inches on the Stelvio - are in dark shades.
A sporty look also characterizes the interior, with decorative inlays in carbon fiber and Alcantara covers for the seats, among other things. Red decorative stitching on the dashboard trim, seats, steering wheel and shift knob further emphasize the sportiness of the two special models.
All four wheels are powered by a 2-liter turbo gasoline engine (280 hp) or a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine (210 hp). Both engines are combined with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
