SimRacing: Thomas Schmid is Swiss champion 🎥
BIG FINALE The Swiss SimRacing Series 2021 has been decided. The title decisions were made in the PRO, AM and Ladies categories at the finale in the Porsche Center Zurich. Over 200 spectators followed the races.
The 200 or so spectators at the Porsche Center Zurich were treated to pure excitement.
In all categories, the title decision was still completely open before the last race of the season, as there was double the number of points up for grabs for the last race of the season. On the virtual track in Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium, the SimRacers then offered SimSport of the very highest quality in the races.
In the end, Thomas Schmid was crowned Swiss Champion again after 2020. Danica Brönnimann became Swiss Champion in the Ladies, Clemens Moonen in the Cat. AM.

The first starter for 2022 has already been determined
As part of the season finale, the rookies were also able to demonstrate their skills. The winner of this run was rewarded with a wild card, i.e. participation in the next year.
Simon Benoit in particular stood out here. He had the other eleven participants, followed by Alain Weber and Adnan Grozdanic, firmly under control, won the race and will thus, without having to qualify, compete in the coming season.
