Future: Test the new environmental trucks
WHERE TO MEET At the leading trade fairs transport-CH and aftermarket-CH, you can get behind the wheel of a truck or other vehicles with alternative drives from next Wednesday to Saturday in Bern.
The organizers have set up an approximately 1,000-meter-long test track on the outside of the trade fair grounds especially for this purpose. Vehicles with alternative drives can be driven and tested for themselves on the grounds.
Drives purely electric or with natural gas
Suppliers of vehicles from well-known brands support this opportunity for fair visitors by bringing an extensive range of vehicles to the Allmend for the TestDrive and also supervising the drives.
Among others, Renault Trucks (Schweiz) AG will be present with the electric D Wide Z.E. (gallery on the right), Scania Schweiz AG with two electric trucks, electric pioneer Futuricum with the Volvo FE, the FH SZM 40E 6x2T as well as the FH 18E 680 and the logistics company Schöni Transport AG with the natural gas truck Scania R 410 (gallery in the middle).
In addition, there are micro delivery vehicles from Citroën and the Swiss mobility pioneer Kyburz. The latter provides the autonomously driving Autonom Plus 2 (gallery left).
TestDrive with new Swiss partners
With the expansion of the TestDrive, the organizers of transport-CH/aftermarket-CH can count on new partners: Siemens Schweiz AG, Designwerk Products AG and gaz energie are new TestDrive partners.
Together with other exhibitors providing vehicles with alternative drives, they are thus helping to make the new technologies accessible to a broad public.
