The GV60 is available with rear-wheel drive, and two versions are also available with all-wheel drive.

The 4515 millimeter long, 1890 millimeter wide and 1580 millimeter high GV60 will be positioned as a high-performance electric car with a focus on luxury and sustainability. Genesis will offer the GV60 in three versions: one with rear-wheel drive and two with all-wheel drive, one of which will be the sportiest orientation of the range.

With a fast charging system, the battery of the GV60 can be charged from ten percent to 80 percent in 18 minutes

Ranges of up to 452 kilometers
A battery pack with 77.4 kWh storage capacity is used, and the rear-wheel drive model has the longest range of 452 kilometers. The entry-level version is equipped with an engine that delivers 168 kW (228 hp) and a maximum torque of 350 Nm.

The regular model with all-wheel drive is equipped with a 160 kW (218 hp) engine for the rear wheels and a 74 kW (101 hp) engine for the front wheels. This provides a total output of 234 kW (318 hp), a maximum torque of 605 Nm and a range of 400 kilometers per charge.

Additional power with boost mode
The sports version has a 160 kW (218 hp) engine for the front and rear wheels respectively, resulting in a total output of 320 kW (435 hp) and maximum torque of 605 Nm. The range here is 368 kilometers.

The most potent GV60 has a boost mode that increases maximum power and makes the driving experience more dynamic, according to Genesis. The boost mode button on the steering wheel activates the extra power for ten seconds, allowing the vehicle to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in four seconds.

Driving sounds via thecspeakers
The GV60 is the first Genesis model to feature Electric-Active Sound Design. The system delivers virtual driving sounds through the speakers based on driving mode, speed and accelerator pedal data.

Three sounds can be selected: a "futuristic" sound, a "smooth and sporty G-Engine sound" based on engine noises, and an "E-Motor" sound that replicates engine noises. The vehicle also features Road Active Noise Control technology to minimize noise and uses various sound-absorbing materials.

Sustainable and recycled materials
To make the GV60 more sustainable, various parts of the interior are made from environmentally friendly and recycled materials. For example, the seats, door and console armrests are made of plant-based leather. The seat covers and door panels are made of material whose yarns were obtained from recycled PET bottles and fishing nets.

When exactly the model will be launched in Switzerland and at what price is still open.
