The Piëch GT is scheduled for market launch in mid-2024. There are no details yet on equipment and prices.

The 4.43-meter-long vehicle weighs less than 1,800 kilograms and is powered by three electric motors. These deliver a total output of 450 kW (611 hp).

Acceleration from zero to 100 km/h is claimed to be less than three seconds. The car is expected to reach 200 km/h in under nine seconds.

Power from three equally powerful electric motors
The design of the GT is based on classic sports car construction. Of the three equally powerful electric motors, one is positioned on the front axle, the other two on the rear wheels.

The batteries are partly housed in the center tunnel and should be able to be brought back to 80 percent of their capacity in eight minutes at a fast-charging station.

The Piëch GT is to be built by a renowned car manufacturer. A target of 1200 vehicles is set for the first year. The GT is to be followed by two other models: an SUV and a sports sedan.
