In the overall standings for the past year, this time the Garage Auto Service Center Ltd.Schattdorf, claimed the coveted title of "Skoda Best Dealer 2016". The diploma for the best Swiss Skoda partner 2016 was presented to managing director Raphael Blättler by Skoda brand manager Markus Kohler.
Second place as "Skoda Best Dealer 2016" went to the Garage Bifang Trachsel AG in Plaffeien, the bronze medal was secured by the AMAG Autowelt Zurich in Dübendorf. For the fourth time, the "Human Touch Dealer" was chosen in the Swiss Skoda organization. The Skoda Human Touch program, introduced in 2009, aims not only to satisfy Skoda customers, but to inspire them. This is done through special measures and services that let customers feel the difference between good and excellent on the one hand and what is special and human about Skoda on the other - the Human Touch.
This year, the award "Skoda Human Touch Dealer 2016" in Switzerland was presented to Mr. Stefan Kistler-Voss, Managing Director of the Römergarage AGFrick from the hands of Skoda brand manager Markus Kohler.
