The RS+ also features design elements in contrasting colors, including a matte black roof and black exterior mirrors in combination with the "Nitrous Blue Metallic" exterior color. Developed by the performance team
The special edition was developed by the Ford Performance Team, led in Europe by Leo Roeks. "This special edition stands for top performance and maximum driving pleasure," says Roeks. The technological highlight of the new model is a mechanical front-axle limited-slip differential. It improves traction by compensating for differences in friction coefficient or wheel load. More torque is fed to the wheel with better grip, thus reducing slippage on the front axle.
Power full
Thanks to the turbo and all-wheel drive, it sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 266 km/h (factory data). The 2.3-liter EcoBoost gasoline engine produces 350 hp, with maximum torque of 440 Nm. In overboost mode, which can be used for up to 15 seconds, it even reaches 470 Nm. In Europe, the Ford Performance product family includes the Fiesta ST, the Focus ST, the Focus RS and the Ford GT super sports car.
