This rotation is part of Mercedes-Benz's management strategy, as Marcus Breitschwerdt, Head of Region Europe Mercedes-Benz Cars, explains: "With double-digit growth, Europe was the largest sales region for Mercedes-Benz in 2016. This success story must be continued in any case, also by further developing and focusing strategies, processes and procedures. The exchange and joint alignment within the region and between the markets are of great importance for this. By rotating the heads of our local organizations, we ensure a profound exchange of experience and knowledge transfer."
