Patrizia Baumgartner: "On behalf of Mercedes-Benz, I am an ambassador for truckers with heart and soul and I am often asked for advice and tips. I instruct the drivers in many different things. For example, how to use their trucks or I introduce them to new developments and also take feedback. Anyone who then puts a Lucky Trucker sticker on their vehicle also gets a practical gift." Over the years, she has handed out around 52,000 gifts and given away around 55,000 Lucky Trucker stickers. The fact that she can reliably drive to every location is ensured by an annual route plan, which she easily manages with her Lucky Trucker fairy mobile.
