The interactive live event is free of charge and open to everyone without prior registration. The event will be broadcast to all countries around the globe in English, French and German.
The Sound Night can also be followed live via the Porsche channels on Youtube and LinkedIn.
Memories and anecdotes from contemporary witnesses
In addition to the sounds of the four-wheeled protagonists, it is above all the memories and anecdotes of contemporary witnesses who look back on the successes in Porsche's motorsport history.
Former and active racing drivers and racing engineers such as Walter Röhrl (left gallery), Hans-Joachim Stuck (center gallery), Norbert Singer, Rudi Lins, Valentin Schäffer, Pascal Wehrlein (right gallery), Roland Kussmaul as well as Porsche brand ambassador Timo Bernhard report from two Porsche locations at once.
Both the Porsche Museum in Zuffenhausen and the Weissach Development Center will be the setting for this special sound spectacle. Highlights from today's racing scene will also make their appearance.
Exhibition of legendary vehicles
The Porsche Museum will also offer its visitors another highlight on Sunday, September 19: On the forecourt of the museum, some of the vehicles that were used at the Sound Night will be on display throughout the day.
All information is available on the museum's homepage at www.porsche.de/Museum and at www.porsche.de. The virtual sound night will be hosted by Porsche brand ambassador Mark Webber.
