Anniversary
The tour invites you to linger and experience the TCS with many different attractions.

The start of the big anniversary celebration, which the Touring Club Switzerland wants to celebrate with the whole population, will take place from August 14 to 16 on Barfüsserplatz in Basel. The tour, which will stop off in the cities for three days, invites you to linger and experience the TCS with many different attractions.

A large illuminated wheel forms the center of the installation and makes it clear that something is being celebrated there. Visitors can take a souvenir photo there. If this photo is then posted on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter with #tcs125, the post appears on the TCS social media wall.

Road safety in the service of Switzerland
$In four experience containers with light effects and optical illusions, visitors can learn more about the club - how it is committed to its members and how it deals with the issue of road safety in the service of Switzerland. Scenarios about the future of mobility are presented via the Future Gate, and e-bikes can be tested on a skills course. On the show stage, there will be a varied program ranging from Punch and Judy shows to live performances by various singers.

Many festive moments and encounters

TCS Central President Peter Goetschi is delighted that the anniversary tour can get underway: "After having to postpone the start of our experience tour time and again due to the coronavirus situation, we are now all the more pleased to be celebrating our 125th anniversary. The TCS Experience Tour is a celebration for everyone, and the whole TCS team is already looking forward to many festive moments and unforgettable encounters."
