Sitting in your own new car for the first time is always a special moment: the scent of new materials can be perceived as soon as you open the door. A study commissioned by Heycar Germany, an online platform for convenient car buying, says that for 47 percent of car shoppers, a pleasant scent in the interior is decisive for their purchase.
For 18 percent, the smell is even more decisive than the image of the brand, and 17 percent find it more important than the age of the vehicle.
Cooperation with Mrs. Toni's fragrance manufactory
To ensure that the smell of a new vehicle can be experienced fresh every day, Heycar has captured it in collaboration with Berlin-based fragrance manufacturer Frau Tonis Parfum, thereby capturing its brand promise in a perfume. Because all vehicles available through Heycar are inspected and therefore not only feel like new cars, but they also smell like them.
Love also goes through the nose with the new car
The result is an exclusive unisex fragrance: Heycar new car fragrance contains strong aromas of thyme, saffron and suede, as well as raspberries and roasted aromas. The purity and coolness that comes from the industrial material of a new car is achieved through green apple, lemon and peppermint.
The new car fragrance was produced exclusively for the World Fragrance Day campaign on June 27 and will not be available in stores. Those who would like to win one of the 50-ml flacons, which are limited to 45 pieces, can enter the sweepstakes starting June 27 via Heycar's Instagram and Facebook channels. The raffle will run for a period of two weeks.
