The success of the Compass is also due to the combination of two souls of the Jeep brand, the off-road and urban spirit.

The Compass is available with numerous drive variants. The 1.3 T-GDI gasoline engine is available with 130 or 150 hp and with manual or dual-clutch automatic transmission. Like the diesel version 1.6 Multijet II (130 hp), it is always combined with front-wheel drive.

In contrast, the plug-in hybrid models with system outputs of 140 and 190 hp come with additional electric rear-wheel drive. These eAWD models guarantee the brand's well-known 4×4 capabilities.

The new Jeep is available in five trim levels: Sport, Longitude, Limited, S and Trailhawk (pictured).

Digital instrument panel in full HD resolution
The facelifted Compass stands out with its new, elegant interior. Highlights include the digital instrument panel in full HD resolution and the Uconnect 5 infotainment system with touchscreens of different sizes. Enhanced connectivity is helped by the operating system with smartphone integration as well as interactive 3D TomTom navigation and natural voice recognition.

The most important innovation is Highway Assist
New driver assistance systems include traffic sign recognition, speed assist, drowsiness detection and automatic emergency braking with pedestrian and cyclist detection.

The most important innovation, however, is Highway Assist, a combination of adaptive cruise control and lane departure warning that automatically adjusts the vehicle's speed and lane guidance.

Body with strikingly modified front section
The body of the revised model features a modified front end, which now looks wider and more athletic with its horizontal design elements. Whereas the fog lamps were previously housed in separate housings in the bumper, they are now integrated into a horizontal grille structure.
