The new van is a team bus and material transporter in one. Since the seats can be turned easily, the team also uses it as a break room - especially in sub-zero temperatures. Forester and operations manager Reto Amrein: "Chainsaws, climbing equipment, cleaning material, pulleys for felling trees, reserve material, workbench with vice, chains, helmets and hand tools can all be stowed away without any problems. The Sprinter is off-road capable and impresses in terms of both handling and maneuverability. It also has ideal ground clearance, a towing capacity of three tons and a powerful engine with 190 hp. You only really realize how good the Sprinter really is when you're using it. For example, the reversing camera, additional work lights and, of course, the all-wheel drive with reduction are valuable aids in everyday use."
