The Astra Sports Tourer can be ordered now from 22,100 Swiss francs. This makes the Sports Tourer with its up to 1630-liter luggage compartment 1200 francs more expensive than the five-door model. The Sports Tourer also marks the debut of the new diesel for the Astra - an engine that is not yet available to drive in any other Opel. The 160-hp 1.6 BiTurbo CDTI develops its maximum torque of 350 Newton meters from as low as 1500 rpm and, in conjunction with a 6-speed transmission and Start/Stop automatic, consumes 4.1 liters per 100 kilometers (combined 109 g/km CO2).
