Porsche: New center in the canton of Schwyz

A three-story building with a basement was erected on the approximately 3,000-square-meter site in a construction period of 15 months. The particularly energy-efficient building was planned and realized according to Porsche standards and in a compact design by architect Aurel Toth, AWS Architekten AG. The plant has direct access to the A3 freeway. The usable floor space of the new building is around 3700 square meters on a built-up area of just under 2000 square meters. The 452-square-meter showroom accommodates nine vehicles as well as the fitting lounge. The workshop area is 800 square meters. There are a total of 15 workshop workstations, ten of them with lifting platforms. Stephan Altrichter, Managing Director of Porsche Schweiz AG: "Not only the products, but also the service and communication with our customers are of the utmost importance to us. With the Porsche Center in Feusisberg, the brand is now also optimally represented in the Upper Lake Zurich region."
