Now they can use additional OpelConnect services. These include retrieving vehicle status and information as well as live navigation if the respective car is equipped with a navigation system.
OpelConnect controls charging status
owners or drivers of the Opel electric models Corsa-e and Grandland X Hybrid4 can check the battery charging status or program air conditioning and charging times with the Blitz via OpelConnect. The Opel electric vehicles can thus be defrosted before the start of the journey, warmed up or cooled down pleasantly in summer.
Extended services from 350 francs
Accessing the extended OpelConnect services is as easy as can be: when buying a new car, simply order the Connect Box for an additional charge starting at 350 Swiss francs, or equip the new vehicle directly with the Navi 5.0 IntelliLink, Multimedia Navi or Multimedia Navi Pro infotainment systems.
Depending on the model version, the OpelConnect Box is already on board as standard. The Box and OpelConnect services are available for Opel models from Corsa to Crossland X and Grandland X, Combo Life and Combo Cargo to Zafira Life and Vivaro.
Pre-registration of customer data
Upon request, Opel partners will pre-register customers with the necessary customer data. The new Opel owners can then open an account in the myOpel.ch customer portal and activate the services in the OpelConnect store (connect.opel.ch).
