The first part of Ford's new video series takes viewers to Norway.
Europe's highest steep face belongs to the 1700 meter high Trolltindene mountain range. The vertical part of the rock face is about 1000 meters high and hangs up to 50 meters above.
Discovery of unusual places
Whether the two reached their destination and what experiences they had on their journey, James Forrest tells in the video. This is the first part of a new video series from Ford.
It is titled "Great Escapes" (meaning "The best places to get away from it all"). Each episode, which will appear at loose intervals, will follow adventurers who travel by Ford to discover unusual or spectacular places.
Preparation in Scotland
In preparation for their trip, James Forrest and Nic Hardy climbed all 282 Scottish mountains over 3000 feet (971 meters) in the summer. They made their trip to Norway in a five-meter Nugget with pop-up roof based on the short-wheelbase Ford Transit Custom station wagon
