On a foggy morning, motorsport enthusiasts, hobby racers and track coaches met at the Red Bull Ring in Spielberg, Austria. Fredy Lienhard regularly takes part in the Track Days with friends, their race cars and his own bolides, which can otherwise be seen at the autobau Erlebniswelt in Romanshorn.
Celebrated bolide as passenger vehicle
This time in the race truck: his Dallara-Judd, with which he won the 24 Hours of Daytona in 2002, and a Ligier LMP3 that can be used as a passenger vehicle. Always with him is the professional support of the Horag Racing Team, based in Sulgen in eastern Switzerland.
I, Carlabelle, who despite my passion for racing has never sat in a racing car, was able to experience a cab ride in the Ligier LMP3 - with the boss himself as the driver.
