Peugeot 2008
The next-generation Peugeot 2008 will be launched in Switzerland in spring 2020.
Peugeot 2008
As you would expect from the brand, the 2008 also offers the intuitive, easy-to-understand Peugeot i-Cockpit.

All drive versions of the new 2008 are based on the new modular platform CMP, which stands for Common Modular Platform. With a length of 4.30 meters, the SUV is a full 14 centimeters longer than its predecessor. The wheelbase has also been stretched by almost six centimetres to 2.65 meters.

Design with striking changes
The 2008 also demonstrates the brand's new design language in its SUV segment. The striking appearance demonstrates its own character and combines robust contours with fine details. This is evidenced by the vertical radiator grille, which is followed by the hood. This appears particularly flat due to the windshield being offset to the rear. The robust appearance is reinforced by the 690 millimeter tires. With the 18-inch rims (46 centimetres) of the GT equipment line, the wheel ensemble weighs four kilograms less than before.

Original color scheme in the interior
Future owners of the 2008 can expect carefully selected materials, many details and original color combinations in the interior. High-quality materials such as Alcantara and Nappa leather as well as the foamed dashboard are pleasantly soft to the touch. Decorative elements in carbon accentuate the door panels and the dashboard.

310 kilometers with the electric version
In addition to the versions with a combustion engine, the 2008 is also being launched in a purely electric version. The e-2008 is powered by an electric motor with 100 kilowatts (136 hp), which develops a maximum torque of 260 Nm from standstill and enables a quiet and vibration-free ride.
The driver can use the gearshift to select different braking settings, which are used to charge the battery installed in the vehicle. With a battery capacity of 50 kWh, the e-2008 achieves a range of up to 310 kilometers. That is more than enough for everyday use.
