Kia Soul
The e-Soul is the first Kia model on the European market to be available with UVO Connect.

The e-Soul is available in two drive variants, which differ in terms of both battery capacity and engine power. The more powerful version is powered by a 150 kW (204 hp) electric motor and has a combined range of 452 kilometers thanks to its 64 kWh battery.
In the city it should even be over 600 kilometers. The 136 hp base model (100 kW) with a 39.2 kWh battery can travel up to 277 kilometers. The torque of 395 Newton meters is identical in both cases (predecessor: 285 Nm; plus 39 percent).

Sprint to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds
In the 150 kW version, the front-wheel drive model with reduction gearbox sprints to 100 km/h in 7.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 167 km/h. The second engine version also remains under the 10-second mark at 9.9 seconds and reaches a top speed of 155 km/h.
The e-Soul can be fast-charged as standard and is equipped with the European standard plug (CCS). The batteries of both drive variants can be charged from 20 to 80 percent in three quarters of an hour at a 100 kW station. The recuperation can be set in four stages. Just as many driving modes are available.

Main features of the design are retained
Visually, the increase in length of the crossover is further emphasized by the new design of the C-pillar and the modified window shape. The basic shape of the window graphic, which tapers towards the rear, has been retained. However, whereas the lower window line previously had a relatively sharp upward bend at the end, in the new model it is much more curved and ends in a fin-shaped contour at the C-pillar. I

Information on the current trip at any time
The e-Soul is available with UVO Connect. The telematics system provides the driver with a wealth of information, such as the nearest charging station or parking options. The app is compatible with Android and Apple smartphones and provides diagnostic data on the vehicle and information on the current journey. In addition, a number of functions can be operated remotely. The application can also be used to monitor battery charging and interrupt or resume it with a tap of the finger, for example to benefit from cheaper night-time rates.
