Touareg
The VW Touareg accelerates to 100 mph in 4.9 seconds (top speed 250 km/h) and features active all-wheel steering.

Buyers will have a choice of two different interior designs. One emphasizes the technical side with metal and cool tones, the other the homely character with wood and natural tones. The seating system and door panels are finished in leather in both versions. The central display and control elements are digital.

Air suspension and automatic tailgate
Compared with the models with V6 engines, the Touareg V8 TDI comes as standard with air suspension, a tailgate that opens and closes electrically, comfort seats, pedals in stainless steel and the Light & Visibility package. It will also start with 19-inch alloy wheels instead of 18-inch ones.
Additional safety features include night vision support (detects people and animals in the dark using a thermal imaging camera), traffic jam and construction site assistant (partially automated steering and lane keeping, acceleration and braking up to 60 km/h) and an intersection assistant. Prices have not yet been set.
