Geneva 2019: Special models for Fiat's anniversary
BLACK AND WHITE At the Geneva Motor Show (March 7-17), Fiat is presenting 120th special anniversary models of the 500 family. All vehicles are recognizable by their two-tone Tuxedo paint scheme in black and white. These include the 500X 120th with a 1.0 Firefly turbocharged engine rated at 120 horsepower, a 500 120th equipped with a 1.2 gasoline engine rated at 69 horsepower and a 500L 120th with a 1.3 multijet diesel engine rated at 95 horsepower.
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatible
To match the paint finish, the special models feature an exclusive key cover, copper-colored details and model-specific upholstery in the interior. The styling is complemented by a 120th logo combined with the familiar connectivity or streaming icon. Special edition models in the 500 family all come standard with a Uconnect 7-inch HD Live touchscreen compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Attractive colors and accessories as desired
In addition to the black and white Tuxedo paint finish, the Pearl Tuxedo (pearl white and black) or Silver Tuxedo (silver gray and black) combinations are also available. The paint finish is complemented by, among other things, black exterior mirror caps, side sills in Cinema Black, chrome window frames and 16-inch alloy wheels (optionally 17-inch) with dark paint finish.
Mopar Connect is in the program as an option
All vehicles in the edition are available with Uconnect and also optionally with Mopar Connect. The new special edition Panda Connected by Wind will also be unveiled at the auto show. It is the result of a partnership between Fiat and Wind, a brand of Wind Tre, one of the leading telecommunications providers. The car is equipped with a 4G Internet connection.
The prices as well as the Swiss market launch have not yet been determined.
