The front of the Skoad of the Future is characterized by a reinterpretation of the brand's signature radiator grille with fine vertical ribs and crystalline structures as well as a horizontal light strip in the upper section.
The rear features aerodynamic tear-off edges and crystalline LED taillights that reinterpret the typical C shape. An illuminated strip above the rear diffuser emphasizes the width of the vehicle, and the Skoda lettering is composed of red illuminated letters.
First model with plug-in hybrid drive system
Ahead of the Volkswagen Group's first MEB-based production vehicle, Skoda is launching its first model with plug-in hybrid drive this year in the form of the Superb PHEV and the all-electric E-Citigo. Over the next four years, the company will invest around two billion euros in alternative drive systems and new mobility services and aims to present more than ten electrified models by the end of 2022.
