The ASX is a compact SUV for the city. Thanks to its versatility, the model is equally suitable for daily trips and family outings. The light and compact body, combined with the typical SUV clarity, ensures pleasant handling and optimum driving characteristics. For European markets, the ASX is offered with a 2.0-liter engine. The 16V engine is combined with either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed automatic gearbox. The model is available in both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive versions.
The striking front shows the character
The Dynamic Shield front design introduced by Mitsubishi has been revised for the ASX. The bumper frames the front from both sides like a protective shield. The angular horizontal and vertical lines of the radiator grille and underride guard radiate strength and robustness. Thanks to the new design, the hood is lower, which further emphasizes the look created by the front. The ASX features eye-catching LED rear combination lamps (excluding indicators) that extend across the entire width of the vehicle, emphasizing the low centre of gravity. The design of the underride guard also emphasizes the conspicuous presence of the vehicle.
